Ready to transform your training infrastructure?
Whether you need an LMS for digital scale or a TMS for operational excellence, we can help you find the perfect fit for your organization.
The Instructor Portal is the dedicated workspace where trainers, facilitators, and subject-matter experts run their part of the program. Sessions, rosters, materials, attendance, evaluations, and feedback, all in one dashboard without forcing instructors through the admin interface.

On login, the instructor sees all upcoming sessions with rosters, locations, virtual links, material status, and any pending actions. Everything needed to prepare for the next session is visible at a glance without a support request.
During or immediately after a session, the instructor marks attendance directly in the portal. Attendance data flows into learner records and compliance reports automatically with no administrator action required.
Post-session evaluation results and aggregate performance ratings are visible to the instructor in their portal. Instructors see how learners rated each session and can identify specific areas for improvement between programs.
The instructor opens the portal and sees the session details, full roster with learner names and locations, materials checklist, and room or virtual link. All preparation information is in one place without a single email to the L&D team.
The external instructor accesses only their assigned sessions in the portal. They upload materials, deliver the session, mark attendance, and submit evaluation results all without ever seeing employee records, course libraries, or administrative settings.
The SME accesses the portal for their session, delivers it, marks attendance, and uploads any supporting materials. Completion records are generated automatically and stored in DocuStor. The SME has no other platform access.
The instructor opens the feedback section of the portal and sees session-by-session ratings, learner comments, and aggregate performance scores across all sessions delivered in the past 30 days. Specific areas of improvement are visible without requesting a report.
When trainers and subject-matter experts have to navigate a system built for administrators, they miss sessions, lose materials, and fall back on personal email for learner communication. The Instructor Portal gives instructors exactly what they need and nothing they do not, which means they spend their time preparing content rather than figuring out the platform.
External instructors access the same Instructor Portal but with access scoped to their assigned sessions only. They can see their rosters, upload materials, mark attendance, and deliver evaluations without being able to view any data from sessions or programs they are not assigned to.
By default, instructors see attendance records for their own sessions. Access to broader learner completion history is controlled by the administrator's role configuration. If your L&D team wants instructors to have visibility into prior learning for context when delivering a session, that access can be enabled per instructor or session type.
Attendance marked in the Instructor Portal updates the learner's completion record immediately and automatically. For courses where ILT attendance is a prerequisite for credit, the learner's Learning Path or Learning Matrix status updates in real time as attendance is confirmed with no administrator action required.
Yes. Post-session evaluations configured by the L&D team are accessible in the Instructor Portal. Instructors trigger the evaluation distribution at the appropriate time and can monitor response rates from within the portal. Evaluation results contribute to the session record and the instructor's aggregate rating.
Yes. Instructors can upload, replace, or add materials to a session record at any time through the portal. Updated materials are immediately available to enrolled learners and stored against the session record in DocuStor for future reference.
Yes. Any session change that affects an instructor including rescheduling, capacity adjustments, or roster updates triggers an automatic notification through the Notification Engine. Instructors see updates in the portal and receive an email or in-app alert simultaneously so they are never caught off guard by a last-minute change.
Instructor Management is the administrative layer where coordinators configure instructor profiles, qualifications, availability, and assignments. The Instructor Portal is the instructor-facing experience built on top of that configuration. What an administrator sets up in Instructor Management surfaces immediately in the portal for the assigned instructor without any additional setup step.
