TraineryCORE is what keeps your people data accurate and consistently structured inside TraineryHCM, and it integrates with your HRIS via API so the two stay in sync.
TraineryCORE supports multi-level hierarchies including divisions, departments, cost centers, business units, and locations. Access Management in TraineryCORE allows you to define permissions at the field level, not just the page level. Custom roles can be built beyond the standard Learner, Manager, and Admin defaults, for example, a Branch Admin who sees only their location's data, or a Credentials Compliance Officer who has read access to credential records across the organization but cannot modify course assignments. The principle of least privilege is enforced by design.
Docustor is TraineryCORE's document storage module. It supports secure storage of offer letters, employment contracts, compliance certificates, policy acknowledgments, credential documents, and custom HR forms at both the employee record and organizational level. Documents are version-controlled and access-restricted based on the role permissions you configure. All stored documents are encrypted at rest.
Yes. TraineryCORE supports bulk data import via CSV upload and API integration with major HRIS platforms including ADP, BambooHR, Rippling, Gusto, UKG, and Workday. Historical data, including employment history, previous training records, and org structure data, can be migrated as part of implementation. Our implementation team manages the data mapping and validation to ensure clean records from day one.
Yes. The org chart in TraineryCORE is generated live from your organizational structure data. When a manager changes, a department is restructured, or an employee transfers to a new team, the org chartupdates in real time. There is no separate org chart tool to maintain or sync. The same structure change also updates learning plan assignments and reporting visibility across all modules simultaneously.
The Access Trail is an immutable log of every access event, permission change, employee record update, and admin action across the TraineryCORE platform. It records who made what change, at what time, and from which session. For compliance audits, particularly in regulated industries like insurance, financial services, or healthcare - the Access Trail provides the evidence trail auditors require to confirm that controls were operating as expected over time.
