Best fit: Internal academies and training providers that need live-course administration and registration, especially where public and private training models coexist.

Use one enterprise ILT and VILT demonstration scenario
A polished dashboard does not show what happens when the training plan changes. Give every shortlisted vendor the same scenario so the team compares observed work rather than slideware.
